With more than a million streams across major streaming platforms and the very successful releases of their first two singles, being placed in rotation on national and international radio-stations as well as playlisted on various streaming platforms, SHOTGUN REVOLUTION have once again proven that they're a force to be reckoned with. Today the band presents their third single 'Under The Surface', with an accompanying video featuring footage from the making of the track in sunny Los Angeles.
"We have all experienced hard times in our lives and though consequences are very different, the pain and struggle is very real. Being confined to a mental prison can be devastating and breaking free of the shackles that holds you, can be a fight for life. The message COULD be, that no matter how dark and sinister the world may seem, there is hope and light at the end of the tunnel. We are all different and maybe YOU can find YOUR truth somewhere between the lines...but don´t take our word for it", vocalist Ditlev Ulriksen explains about the single.
On the upcoming album ‘IV’, the quartet has once again teamed up with legendary engineer Flemming Rasmussen (Metallica, Ritchie Blackmore, Blind Guardian amo), this time at NRG Recording Studios in Los Angeles, with SHOTGUN REVOLUTION’s own Martin Frank as producer, and mix and mastering by Jacob Hansen (Dizzy Mizz Lizzy, Volbeat, Amaranthe).
The new single 'Under The Surface' is already available on all streaming services.
