IMPORTANT NOTICEI
As you may have heard from some press outlets, HELL OPEN AIR will not take place in Linter as initially intended. All permits were in order, all logistics equipment ordered, posters and flyers printed... The municipality of Linter had even announced this in their info magazine. And then we are coldly told that the owner of the grounds where the festival would take place no longer wants to rent out these grounds. Unfortunately, it is too late to find an open-air location now, and to get all the permits in order.
BUT WE ARE NOT CANCELING!
We are in full negotiation with indoor locations to allow HELL OPEN AIR to take place. We expect to have clarity on this within a few days.
AND NOW?
As soon as everything is worked out, we will let you know via our website, social media channels and our mailing list, as well as through all our press channels. Those who already have a ticket for the campsite will receive a separate email from us with all the necessary information

Zoals je misschien al vernomen hebt via sommige perskanalen zal HELL OPEN AIR dan toch niet doorgaan in Linter zoals initieel de bedoeling was. Alle vergunningen waren in orde, alle logistiek materiaal besteld, affiches en flyers gedrukt... De gemeente Linter had dit zelfs reeds aangekondigd in hun info magazine. En dan krijgen we koudweg te horen dat de eigenaar van de terreinen waar het festival zou doorgaan, deze terreinen niet meer wenst te verhuren.
Om nu nog een openlucht locatie te vinden, en alle vergunningen in orde te krijgen is het jammer genoeg te laat.
MAAR WE CANCELEN NIET!
We zijn volop in onderhandeling met indoor locaties om HELL OPEN AIR te laten doorgaan. We verwachten hier binnen enkele dagen klaarheid over te hebben.

Zodra alles uitgewerkt is laten we dit weten via onze website, social media kanalen en onze mailing list, alsook via al onze perskanalen. Wie reeds een ticket heeft voor de camping krijgt dan ook van ons een aparte mail met alle nodige informatie.
